     The Las Vegas Board of Realtors® is made up of Realtors® from Las Vegas, Mora, Rociada, Pecos, and Raton.  There are currently 32 Realtors® in our board and 10 affiliate members.  If you are planning on buying or selling property in our area please contact one of our members for your real estate needs.

MISSION

     The Las Vegas Board of Realtors® is dedicated to serving both Buyers and Sellers in Las Vegas, San Miguel County, Mora County, and Northern New Mexico. We strive for professionalism in the real estate industry and abide by our professional standards and the Realtors Code of Ethics. All of our members are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of New Mexico, and the Las Vegas Board of Realtors.®

Area Realtors® Give Back


    Members of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors and our two local Title Companies continue to give back to the communities that we serve through the Las Vegas Board of Realtors Community Fund. 

     The Fund was established by the Board of Realtors in 2007.  Participating realtors agree to give $10 from each of their closings which is then matched by the local title company where the escrow is closed. 

    The money collected throughout the year is given to a variety of local organizations and causes that benefit the community at large.
